| The Registry ScorePLUS tenant risk score… |
| The core feature of RPP is Registry ScorePLUS, First Advantage SafeRent's proprietary tenant risk scoring model. Registry ScorePLUS incorporates data elements from several sources: Experian Credit Profile Reports, the prospective tenants' rental application, alternative ("sub-prime") credit data, and First Advantage SafeRent's substantial landlord-tenant records, summarizing past court actions, prior landlord inquiries, and landlord-reported history — critical information not available from credit reports alone. Registry ScorePLUS is available to qualifying RPP subscribers and will provide you with the full benefit of all relevant consumer information contained in the Experian Credit Profile Report. Only First Advantage SafeRent can provide you with such a solid decision-making tool. Read more>> |
| Three pre-configured RPP report packages or a la carte selections … |
Each of the three RPP compliance-driven service levels offers three pre-configured packages that provide combinations of the most commonly requested RPP reports at discounted prices. You may also select on an a la carte basis specific reports you prefer, including detailed statewide and county level searches of criminal records. The standard IDentify search can return information on past addresses and movement patterns that an applicant may not have disclosed, which can help you reduce cost and increase accuracy for criminal record searches by targeting states and counties that may be relevant to your applicant. These flexible RPP report options enable you to get the most complete picture of your prospective residents consistent with the needs of your rental business. Pricing of the RPP resident screening services is uncomplicated; you may elect to pay either by credit card or by electronic debit to your bank account each time a report is ordered. Read more>> |
| Registry FormsPLUS turns time into money… |
| Time can be your enemy after you have made a leasing decision. RPP now includes an option for First Advantage SafeRent's Registry FormsPLUS service, which electronically generates all the paperwork you need for each step of the resident life-cycle. | Who should subscribe to RPP? |
| The RPP service is available to landlords and property managers of any size and report volume, but it is required for each First Advantage SafeRent customer who meets one of the following tests: |
You own and/or manage fewer than one hundred (100) apartment/rental units. |
You process fewer than one hundred (100) resident screening reports each year. |
You do not have a separate business office with a business name, address, and/or telephone listing for your rental property (for example, you are conducting your rental business from a home-office). |
| Registering for RPP… |
| The RPP registration process for new subscribers follows a simple on-line interview format and requires a personal credit card for applicant verification and account activation: |
RPP Basic can be activated for qualifying applicants at the end of the on-line RPP registration process and provides immediate access to First Advantage SafeRent's proprietary consumer report information. |
RPP ScorePlus requires submission of additional compliance documents following the on–line RPP registration process and can generally be activated within two business days following submission of the required documents. |
RPP ScorePlus Advantage requires a third–party physical of your business premises (annually, if you operate from a residence) in addition to the compliance documents of RPP ScorePLUS. The activation time is dependent on how quickly the physical inspection can be completed, but accounts can generally be activated within two business days following submission of the required documents and receipt of the physical inspection report. |
| All RPP subscribers will pay an annual service fee for their RPP accounts. For both new and existing RPP subscribers the annual fee will be payable at the same time as the first RPP report ordered to either initialize or renew their RPP account, as the case may be, and the new 12-month service period will commence on that date. Existing RPP subscribers will get an email reminder 30-days prior to the end of their current annual service period and will have the option to pay a discounted annual service fee for early renewal. |
